About drayfish

drayfish (Colin Dray) is a Lecturer in Literature at Campion College of the Liberal Arts, Australia, and has taught Creative Writing at the University of Wollongong, Australia.  He enjoys breathing both in and out at sequential intervals, scratching when itchy, and can survive on a diet of instant coffee and handfuls of chocolate if his chair is periodically tilted towards the sun.

His writing and criticism has appeared in Australian Literary Studies, Meanjin, Voiceworks, and Antipodes.  In 2015 he was shortlisted for the Australian/Vogel’s Literary Award.  His writings on popular culture now appear in a column at the PopMatters online journal, and in collections such as The Joss Whedon Companion (Titan Books, 2015).

…And yes, he realises that his name is Dr. Dray.
